Collaborative Therapy for Clutter Management

Life-Pod believes that to best support those suffering from Hoarding Disorder it is important to get to the heart of the issue, not just tinker around the edges.  These issues are often complex and deep rooted.

We believe that collaborative therapy has a real part to play in the treatment of those suffering from compulsive hoarding and chronic disorganisation.  A collaborative therapy team may involve counsellors, GPs, social workers, psychologists, family and friends.  We think that working with a team of people who are all there to help support the sufferer is a more effective method for achieving longer lasting benefits.

As a hoarder, or the loved one of a hoarder, you may already be dealing with different support workers.  Life-Pod will work with them, maintaining confidentiality and a non-judgemental attitude.  If no other support workers are involved, Life-Pod can help you get the additional support you need to help tackle your disorder.

Life-Pod is currently in the process of developing a Collaborative Therapy approach to Clutter Management, in partnership with local psychologists.  If you would like to discuss this approach, either for yourself or for a loved one, please contact Linda Fay in complete confidence.

Life-Pod has strategic alliances with other health and wellbeing professionals.  If you wish to know more about potential collaboration with Life-Pod, please contact Linda Fay on 07841 289 673.
