Life-Pod was incorporated as a Community Interest Company by Linda Fay in 2013.
In 2014, after a period of study with the Institute for Challenging Disorganisation, Linda became the UK’s only practitioner to hold Specialist Certificates in Chronic Disorganisation & Hoarding Disorder.
Prior to setting up Life-Pod, Linda had a successful career in change communications within the utilities and finance sectors.

Our team of specialist practitioners is managed by Alesha Cooper.
Prior to joining Life-Pod in 2019, Alesha worked in the third sector for more than 12 years. She is fascinated by human behaviour and believes that all actions or activities serve a purpose for a person.
Alesha is passionate about helping people to find strategies to improve their quality of life.

Diane is a chartered accountant and has been a director of Life-Pod since inception. She brings a wealth of business knowledge gained through 30 years’ experience working in a variety of industries including, utilities, finance and health.
Richard’s long career in the management and development of services for autistic people has culminated in his creation of Ask Richard. Whilst supporting, motivating and leading people, Richard reinforces his commitment to helping people release untapped potential and live their best lives.
